The FSSL held its second meeting of the 2024 season and here are a few items that took place.

Rule changes:
1- Add the “pitcher as an infielder”.
2- Went back to any rostered play in the line-up or not will be allowed to be a courtesy runner.
3- NO other changes were made so things stay the same as last year.
